Magazines that have a major impact on their respective sectors, whether through investigative reporting, influencing opinions or creating trends, are easy to recognize and respect in these areas.
Lastly Market Positioning is important in the marketing industry as your goal to gain attention may sometimes be to target specific audiences and to hook up a hot take and grab people's attention as it could be an unpopular opinion to the crowd and therefore spark up conversation for the magazine.
