Final Interview Results

 



HEY! In this blog, I'll be going along how my interview went with my computer science major, vr owning friend that has answered the upcoming questions that will provide his answers.


1. What is your goal in life?

"My goal in life is to create software to improve people's lives, development of technologies that address environment challenges and the use of data science for change in society could all be part of this."

2. What proceeded to get you further into technology?

"What has made me proceed further into technology is my goal to work towards contributing to groundbreaking research, developing new software or creating new algorithms that push the limits of what is possible for computing."

3.Growing up what was your Favorite Video Game?

"My favorite Video game was Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm."

4. What caused you to invest more into new gaming experiences?

"Seeing everyone following the gaming trends and trying out new things inspires me to try it out for myself as well and tune in on all the fun that the people I'm watching make these videos, I could have the fun as well."

5. What do you enjoy most about Virtual Reality?

"The feeling that I am able to truly feel as if I am actually playing and all my actions and skills in the game are due to my physical ability."

6.What's different about mobile gaming to you compared to other types of gaming?

"Mobile Gaming is different because it is gaming that is inevitable and very popular, you could really pull your phone out ANYWHERE, and you could play your favorite games you have downloaded."

7. How has VR improved since you got your first VR console? 

"VR has improved insanely with recently Apple coming out with the new Apple Vision Pro and it will definitely be the new future for us."

8.  Is there any competition between Mobile gaming and VR gaming?

"I don't believe there is, they're both respectively 2 good sides of gaming that have improved much with every new opportunity and they're both just quite enjoyable to use."

9. How far would you say any type of gaming could take you?

"Gaming could take you anywhere in life, look at all these youtubers and streamers and even such things as gaming groups and clans for example Faze Clan and etc..."

10.  Is Virtual Reality the future for us all?

"Yes, it has been and it will be"

Anatomy of Page Design

                           The double-page spread was my big challenge when working on the preliminary task, I didn't understand the concept and how to lay out the important things that the page consisted of. Today's blog? Understanding the anatomy of a page design. Whether it's for print or digital media, page design entails carefully arranging different elements to produce a layout that is both aesthetically pleasing and useful. Heading is important in the next factors of page design layout. The page number, chapter title, and section heading are examples of important information that is usually included in the header. It provides context and facilitates navigation. Apart from headings, there are subheadings. Masthead

  Me and my partner Abeldar worked together to come up with a masthead that was proper and attractive enough to attract a crowd based on just the masthead. this is the masthead that we came up with based on our survey results and what we thought would be the best for a gaming issue magazine covering different topics and forms of gaming.  Our masthead and magazine title will be called GameVerse with sharp edged fonts that will provide uniqueness to our title and give a sense of video gaming like no other, GameVerse is to talk about multiple gaming issues including Arcade and Virtual Reality/Mobile gaming. Although that this is our final masthead title the color of the word Game will be different to our liking.
