                            There have been over many countless genres throughout the times when magazines have been created, it has gone from education and information to fashion and drama news. There is so much history behind the different genres of many different magazines since the variety is so much and today we will be exploring some of them.


                  Starting off with my genre that I will be focusing on is 


                                                                       1. Education



Magazines about education are usually related to teaching, learning, and educational trends. These publications often serve as valuable resources for educators, administrators, parents, and anyone interested in the field of education. Education magazines play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community among educators, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas, and keeping professionals informed about the latest developments in the dynamic field of education





2. Horror




Magazines dedicated to horror provide a platform for enthusiasts to delve into the macabre and explore the various facets of horror literature, cinema, and culture. They provide sometimes analysis of current trends within the horror genre. They also include an exploration of subgenres such as psychological horror, supernatural horror, and slasher films.









                                                                3. Sports


Sports magazines report on many athletics, providing enthusiasts with in-depth coverage, analyses, and features on various sports including athletes. Sports magazines give information on sports training techniques, fitness regimens, and injury prevention as well as tips for athletes and fitness enthusiasts to enhance their performance.

                           The double-page spread was my big challenge when working on the preliminary task, I didn't understand the concept and how to lay out the important things that the page consisted of. Today's blog? Understanding the anatomy of a page design. Whether it's for print or digital media, page design entails carefully arranging different elements to produce a layout that is both aesthetically pleasing and useful. Heading is important in the next factors of page design layout. The page number, chapter title, and section heading are examples of important information that is usually included in the header. It provides context and facilitates navigation. Apart from headings, there are subheadings. Masthead

  Me and my partner Abeldar worked together to come up with a masthead that was proper and attractive enough to attract a crowd based on just the masthead. this is the masthead that we came up with based on our survey results and what we thought would be the best for a gaming issue magazine covering different topics and forms of gaming.  Our masthead and magazine title will be called GameVerse with sharp edged fonts that will provide uniqueness to our title and give a sense of video gaming like no other, GameVerse is to talk about multiple gaming issues including Arcade and Virtual Reality/Mobile gaming. Although that this is our final masthead title the color of the word Game will be different to our liking.
